Concept:
Fascinated by the anatomy and movement of living creatures, Katherine Wales creates sculpture and installations art based on her direct observations of animals. Using detritus of everyday life as material for her installations- Wales alters the gallery setting in surprising ways to create a psychological context for her immersive animal landscapes.
