The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an order on founding Balakhani Industrial Park

According to the order Baku Balakhani Industrial Park will be established in Baku with processing plants (recycling) of domestic waste and service companies.
The Ministry of Economic Development of Azerbaijan Republic is instructed to take necessary measures to organize Balakhani Industrial Park, bringing the land into usable condition, creation of internal and external infrastructure (facilities of electric and thermal energy, gas, water, sewerage, communications, transportation, fire protection and other infrastructures for industrial, administrative, social purposes) and other services for the effective implementation of the office, consulting activities, laboratory examination, and entrepreneurship and to provide an implementation of measures for the arrangement, management, development of Balakhani Industrial Park, to identify priority areas for manufactured and processed industrial products, as well as involving the consulting company with wide experience in this field.
Balakhani Industrial Park will be managed by “Temiz Shahar” JSC.
According to another paragraph of the order, the Cabinet of the minister is instructed to provide the Ministry of Economic Development of Azerbaijan Republic with the land of 7 hectares from the territory of the “Balahanyneft” of the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic for Balakhani Industrial Park within 3 months and to inform the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The President of Azerbaijan also signed a decree on measures to provide functioning of Balakhani Industrial Park.
According to the order, 2 million manats are allocated to the Ministry of Economic Development from the Reserve Fund of the President of Azerbaijan defined in the budget of 2011 in order to organize Balakhani Industrial Park, bringing the land into usable condition, creation of internal and external infrastructure (facilities of electric and thermal energy, gas, water, sewerage, communications, transportation, fire protection and other infrastructures for industrial, administrative, social purposes) and other services for the effective implementation of the office, consulting activities, laboratory examination and entrepreneurship.
